The Serpent
Digital Painting December 2023
When making this piece, I was struggling a lot with my anxiety. The overall theme I tried to capture is the overwhelming feeling of knowing something hard is going to happen and not being able to go around it. The character in the piece is facing this large manifestation of anxiety, and even if she feels small, she has to face her fears.
Cristell as The Fallen Angel Painting
Pencil and Paper Rendered Digitally March 2025
I was going through really bad art block before making this piece. To manifest some inspiration, I wanted to try to make one of my original characters into a rendition of my favorite artwork, The Fallen Angel by Alexandre Cabanel. I tried to keep the raw anger that was communicated in the original painting because I always thought it was so moving, but I wanted to demonstrate it as feminine rage for a unique twist.

Vi
Digital Illustration November 2024
I made this piece after the initial release of the second season of Arcane. I hadn't drawn Vi since the first season released in 2022, so I wanted to see how much I had grown by drawing her again two years later. Arcane played a big role in how my art style developed, especially digitally. It took me from drawing with flat colors to fully rendering my pieces, which is evident in this artwork.
Alastor Crashout
Digital Illustration April 2025
With this piece I wanted to capture a character, Alastor from the TV show Hazbin Hotel, in my style (which is quite different that the show's art style). I used a monochromatic palette and focused more on how I could expand on the shading in my style rather than leaving them simply shaded in the show's style. It was definitely a challenge, though, because I'm partially colorblind to many shades of red.
